INTRODUCTION:
There are many base camp treks to do but the Everest expedition in Nepal is enough to stir the souls of trekkers all over the world.The expedition started at the beginning of the 1920s. Some think George Mallory is the first person to reach the summit.Edmund Hillary and sherpa Tenzing Norgay became the first climbers who have reached the summit of Mount Everest on 29 May,1953.
There are two base camps on Everest,one is North Base Camp which is in Tibet,China (5,150 metres) another is South Base Camp is in Nepal(5,364metres).The Everest Base Camp trek on the south side is one of the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayan region.While North Base Camp requires a permit from the Chinese government.Now North Base Camp has been closed to tourists since February 2019.In South Base Camp Trekkers mainly fly from Kathmandu to Lukla to save time before beginning the trek to the base camp.

Best Time To Visit:
There are mainly two seasons that you can visit to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.One is Spring which is Late March to May.Another one is Autumn which is late September to November.In spring season you will experience Clear skies the views are beautiful, and temperatures are comfortable.The hottest month on the trail is May.
Day No-1
On the first day after arriving in Kathmandu one can explore the history of the city.
Day No-2
On this day visit three UNESCO World Heritage Sites.First one is the largest stupas in Nepal, Boudhanath.The next one is Pashupatinath, a Hindu temple located on the banks of the Bagmati River.At last you’ll visit at Durbar Square.Here your second will be end.This sites are really amazing.It will give you peace in mind.
Day No-3
You need to take a flight to Lukla, this hike through pine forests and suspension bridges.
Day no- 4
Namche Bazaar-From Namche you will get a view of the jagged Mount Khumbu Yül-Lha (Khumbila), translated as “God of Khumbu” peak, to the north.You need to stay here.
Day no- 5
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche- Here in Namche Bazar you will experience dense rhododendron forest.In tengboche you can see the Tengboche Monastery.This is the Largest Buddhist Monastery of Khumbu region.
Day no- 6
Tengboche to Dingboche- On the day, the trail will go through the sides of Ama Dablam peak and you’ll get to see the wide Mount Everest.After reaching Dingboche you need to stay here at night.
Day no- 7
Dingboche- Here one can experience Chukhung.You will experience the dense rhododendron forests, small colourful birds and wide mountain scenery.
Day no- 8
Dingboche to Lobuche- The trail till Dughla offers some of the best sightseeing of the Mount Everest base camp trekking.Here you can get a chance to see Taboche (6,542m), Ama Dablam (6,856m),Cholatse (6,440m), and Lhotse (8,516m).
You need to stay overnight at Lobuche.
Day no- 9
Arriving At Everest Base Camp- This is the final chapter.Here you will experience many amazing colourful prayer flags, wide large valley, snow peaks and gorgeous Khumbu Glacier Icefall.Enjoy your time at EBC.Share your happiness with your team members.Capture your happy faces.Stay overnight at EBC with bonfire.
On the next morning you can go to Kala Patthar and get a stunning sunrise.Spend some time here and trek back to the Gorak Shep.From here you need to trek to Pheriche.Here you need to stay overnight.
Day no-10
Pheriche to Namche Bazaar-The elevation of this journey is about 3440 m.It takes around 5.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar.The total distance is 19 km.You need to stay overnight here.
Day no-11
Namche Bazaar to Lukla:From Namche Bazaar The trail takes a steep descent route to Jorsaley national park border crossing.Then you will cross a suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River.After arriving at Lukla,you need to stay here overnight.
Day no-12
Lukla to Kathmandu:On this day you will fly back to Kathmandu.With the last view of Himalayan Mountain.Have a great journey towards your hometown with bunches of memories.
